    1. The most important problems that have the biggest cities in the world are the pollution and high levels of garbage. These problems have their origin in the lack of aware, the wasteful consumption and the market system that all the time incites to consume new cars, new clothes, fast food, and canned food.
These problems affect people's lives because the water, the food and the air is contaminating. This brings consequences like illness, cancer, infections, intoxications and changes in people´s organism.
    2. The problems that we have in our city are:
    - Forced displacement
    - Poverty and inequality
    - Unemployment and lack of opportunities
    3. To confront the forced displacement in the city the government has tried to implement a public policy to attend to the displaced. This policy recognizes political rights; housing rights, right to education; food and nutrition security and it inspire returns and resettlements.
    4. To confront the Poverty, inequality, unemployment and lack of opportunities the government has tried to generate alternatives to redistribute incomes, to improve the quality of life, and promote development. One example of these alternatives are the “Programa de Planeación Local y Presupuesto Participativo”,
    5. To prevent these problems the Mayor have to evaluate the current state of displacement, poverty and unemployment. The government has to understand the situations, has to listen the people and create solutions with the community.
    6. When come up these problems we have to ask us for the country situation, for the government´s decisions, for the development and the way that had been pointing. Like society we have to contribute to resolve the social problems, we have to participate of the public matters and we have to create solutions.

    7. -If the population grows at a high speed, the social issues will are more difficult to attend
-If the population grows at a high speed, poverty and inequality also will grow.
-If the population grows at a high speed, is necessary to implement public policies and attend people´s problems.
-If the population grows at a high speed, city will has to grow in social projects
-If the population grows at a high speed, also will increase the pollution’s levels
-If the population grows at a high speed, city will need more employ opportunities.
    - If the population grows at a high speed, the city will have overcrowding problems.

  2. 1- Unemployment and lack of opportunities.
the origin is: each day we are more and more people in a place, and the emplyments don't grow at the same time, the opportunities are just for some people some time the first in a place has the opportunity or the smar, but just sometimes who need need the opportunity receive it.
the people didn't have how to buy food or rent a place to live, some people just can't study, some died waiting for health solution.

Our city is growing fast and there are many projects that are expected to bring development and a better life.
Which are the problems we have in our city?
    List 3 of them please
    1.opportunties to could Study.
    2. the system that attend and support our health doesn't work and doesn0t support our needs.
    3. violence.
    Which solutions have been given?
    1. Education free for everyone.
    2. are in procces some changes like change the entities attendat our health problems
    3. More police.
Which are the problems we will have to face?
for all the problems we need real solutions, we need to understand where are the problems origins, we need to hear the people, we don't need police or someone like a watchman we need change the way the we think, we need opportunities for all and the same opportunities without discrimination.
What does the Mayor have to / should do to prevent these problems?
the education is free in school and high school.
they are investigation about the health entities problems.
they are making social solutions like more schools, more cultural support, they are helping all the people and they are serching for mor solutions.
What do we have to do when these problems come up?
first we have to prevent that problems, when the problem comes we need to stope the problem for the begin, we need no ask at the people with problems and solve the problems rigth now, not then.
when we are with that problems we need a social way to xpress the problems without violence but the goverment has to listen and help us.

State a 7 conditional sentences based on next prompt.

If the population grows at a high speed, the unemployment
    grows.
If the population grows at a high speed, the system of transport can't support the people.
If the population grows at a high speed, the school can't harbor all the childrens.
If the population grows at a high speed, the pollution grows to.
If the population grows at a high speed, we go to have more garbage.
If the population grows at a high speed, the city go to be crowded.
If the population grows at a high speed, insecurity grows.

  4. 1. Select a problem big cities are living in the world. Tell us what the problem is, what its origin was, and how this has affected people's lives.
One of the most important problems big cities are living in the world is the social disease. The difference of social classes is terrible, because violence is a consecuence of that. Big cities are divided in many parts... for example, in Medellin we have the north and the south... in the south lives people with money and in the north we have a ugly part of the city, because is a poor sector. Big cities have subdivisions, and that is bad because is a kind of island, people don´t have love by the city, is like a earth of no one.
Unfortunately, is a reality of this system. Capitalism is in the middle between rich people and poor people and the cities are doomed to that.

    2. Our city is growing fast and there are many projects that are expected to bring development and a better life.
Which are the problems we have in our city?
    List 3 of them please
    1. Poverty
    2. Limitations in the Access to education
    3. Violence

    3. Which solutions have been given?
    1. Making new politic plans about the social inclusion. Also, increase the work offer by public works
    2. motivate the education through social plans about the future of the communities educated and their opportunities
    3. Reintegrate social actors to the society

    4. Which are the problems we will have to face?
    The growing of the population.
    The excessive contamination
Life will be more expensive, because the natural resources are finishing and for that reason the violence will increase

    5. What does the Mayor have to / should do to prevent these problems?
Facilitating the communication in the different social sectors. From the communication, we can be medium between politics and reality in the communities. So, the social disease could reduce if we, the communicators (and also the psychologists, anthropologists and sociologists), work together in the cultural and social changes, with the help of the Mayor. The policy must be in all.
People in general have to work together. People in general should want peace.

What do we have to do when these problems come up?
    6. We have attack the problem from the main reasons. If the problem is about violence, we should promote the tolerance. If the problem is about poverty, we should include communities in the solution.

    7. If the population grows at a high speed, people will be unhappy.
If the population grows at a high speed, world will be more poor.
If the population grows at a high speed, live will more complicated.
If the population grows at a high speed, traffic will be a chaos in cities.
If the population grows at a high speed, the contamination grows too.
If the population grows at a high speed, world will stay without places free.

  5. PROBLEMS OF A MEGALOPOLIS
In recent years the city of Medellin has grown rapidly because of the rapid growth of the city have been presented different consecuecias that affect both the environment and the people who inhabiting this city. Some of the main consequences are deteriorating ecosystem that surrounds the city, air pollution and water pollution hearing, scarcity and deterioration of public space and road mobility problems.
To reduce these problems in the city of Medellin it should be implement a policy to reduce pollution of both air and water, also should be regulate gas emissions of vehicles passing through the city; Like regulate companies that contaminate water sources in Medellin.
If these problems continue and no solution in the long run this could directly affect the inhabitants of the city. If pollution continues to increase green areas in the city will be reduced if the number of cars on the city road continues to increase mobility in the city will be worse.

  6. A Megalopolis is when several large cities merge together as their borders grow the resulting supercity is a megalolopolis for example New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington an other places around de world with acelerate increasing.

Technological progress rapid growth and megalopolis formation resulted in new problems, concerned with development, directly connected with ecological disturbance of the environment. For successful restoration of the disturbed megalopolis environment balance, it is necessary to define the most dangerous contaminating factors, elimination of which gives the best effect, as well as indicate the actual problems of megalopolis
Systematic analysis of ecologic situation shows that the most considerable contribution to the pollution of human environment in a megalopolis is made by specific gas emitted by automobiles, plants, living territories polluted by hard domestic wastes and constantly generating toxic gas emissions. This ecologic balance disturbances results in processes of toxic chemical substances and dangerous biologic agents secondary synthesis, leading to poisoning of water, soil, food and creating the conditions for pathologically accelerated population ageing.
Megalopolis environment restoration requires determination of the major negative factors, both common and separate for each item, elimination of which effectively reduces ecologic danger. One of the common factors, poisoning megalopolis environment is atmosphere pollution. One should underline the following urgent tasks for megalopolis environmental restoration:
    Recultivation of territories with unapproved dumps of hard domestic wastes, allotted for houses and household constructions;
    Quality improvement and volume increase of industrial and domestic drain refinement;
    Elimination of gas emissions into the atmosphere by plants;
    Providing the population with the radiation protection and excretion of incorporated radioactive nuclides from the body;
Reduce of carcinogenic danger of automobile transport.
If we solve this short list of problems, posing extreme threat to human life and health, it will allow us to weaken the effects of tehnogenic factors on the megalopolis ecosystem.
For separate items, for example, the territories polluted by hard domestic wastes, the major factor is toxic gas emissions, accompanying the natural organic substances and buried chemical compounds decomposition, generation continuance of which is counted in centuries. It is these gas emissions of toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic chemical compounds that present the most urgent threat to human life.
Unfortunately, construction technologies, used at limited sites, presupposed changes in relief due to hard domestic waste fill, without taking into account the consequences for the population health. Thus, most living territories of the megalopolis turned out to be on the constantly generating gas

We live in an increasingly urbanised world. At some point during 2008, more the half the world's population came to be living in urban areas and this is a trend that's set to continue into the future. The largest and most complex urban areaa has shown that the challenges of an increasingly urbanised worldare substancial but that the scale of thre Megalopolis offers great opportunities also, it provides a scale at which infrastructure can be reshaped and urban governance used to deliver improvements in public health and quality of life; there are a lot of school, starting with elementary ones and ending with universities which enable people to get desired education.
